About Classic Floors of Texas
Classic Floors of Texas Design Center is vastly different from other flooring stores in Austin in that we cater to the customer’s needs for interior design. We are a one stop shopping experience eliminating the need to travel from store to store choosing flooring, countertops, custom cabinets, shower doors and window treatments. We have a licensed interior designer to help the customer plan an entire remodeling job right down to the color of paint and the drawer pulls on their new custom cabinets. We call it design from the floor up.
We build relationships with our customers at Classic Floors. We make sure they understand the importance of proper care of their new investment by sending them home with a packet of information and products to keep their new investment looking beautiful for many years to come. We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions or concerns about their new investment. And, we keep in touch with our customers throughout the year whether it’s to just say “we appreciate your business,” or inform them of new products and specials. It’s our business to make sure our customers are happy with their selections.
